• Do you accept insurance? No, ADHD coaching is not medical treatment —that means it doesn’t fall under the kind of care insurance companies will reimburse

  • Do you have in-person options? No, my coaching process is entirely virtual. I prioritize our connection and do my best to make it personal, empathetic, and authentic. If that’s a concern, book a discovery call and let me know, I’d love to hear more.

  • Do you work with kids? I don’t — my work is focused on adults of all ages who feel like they want further insight and support. I’ve supported individuals from 18-70+ with ADHD.

    • If you are an adult supporting a child with ADHD & wanting more education for yourself, feel free to book a discovery call and we can discuss if my services fit your needs.

  • Do you provide diagnoses? No, I can’t diagnose ADHD. Coaching is not a medical service — it’s support after diagnosis (or while you’re seriously exploring it).

  • Can I sign up for coaching if I am not formally diagnosed? You can absolutely book a Discovery Call — and beyond. We’ll talk through your goals, identify current struggles, & discuss any barriers or concerns re: pursuing an ADHD assessment.

    • I do recommend my clients seek formal assessment. In the long term, it vastly aids with the emotional and cognitive work of accepting the reality of how ADHD is impacting you. Fully accepting the impacts of ADHD is often much more challenging than people anticipate, even when the diagnosis itself is a relief.

  • Do I have to live in Michigan? No, as a coach who operates virtually, I can work with people from anywhere in the world!
