Who It’s For?
ADHD Out Loud is for adults with ADHD or executive dysfunction who want compassionate guidance, practical insight, and lasting change.
Coaching is for you if you:
Can’t seem to get yourself started, even when you know what’s important
Feel stuck in a cycle of avoidance, crisis, guilt, repeat
Struggle to regulate emotions, impulses, and motivation
Feel unable to perform the way you want at work
Struggle to put in consistent effort if it’s not guaranteed a reward
Feel the urge to hide struggles/ failure/shame from the people around you
Are willing to apply strategies between calls — and be honest when it doesn’t happen
“…Changing your perspective on ADHD is not a single leap you need to make. It’s a process: you start by coming to know it, then you own it, and finally you’re able to work with it.” -Russell Barkley, Taking Charge of Adult ADHD
